Perfect addition to lemony flavours (and other fruits too i presume), as it is a pure vanilla flavour without the artificial “dairy/creamy” note which i personally dislike. A 3% – 5% dose does it just fine. Indispensable, excellent, love it.
Lemon zest/rind and vanilla are inseparable in my baking practice as well, so are in my vaping habit.
