Would have been 5* except I’m really irritated at the choice of delivery company. I work from home, so am available to accept deliveries every day. I was at home when the delivery company said there was no answer. There was no knock at the door at all. They have delivered it to a collection hub, and state that I must collect it before 11th September – or what? Does it get sent back to you (Everything Liquid) to be redelivered, or for a refund????
I’m really annoyed, because I’m a busy person, and choose to buy online because I know I’m in to accept deliveries. My thoughts are that because my address in in a one way system, the DPD deliverer chose to just to deliver it to the hub, which is on a main road. This is not acceptable, as I was definitely in, and would have heard a knock, and also a vehicle outside. There were neither.
I would urge Everything Liquid to review their delivery company, as this is not acceptable to me, and I would think twice about ordering again from you. As it happens, I’m on holiday from tomorrow, and cannot get to the hub to collect – what will you do?
